General Information

What age group are your classes appropriate for?

Our classes are designed for children ages 18 months to 4 years old. We offer age-appropriate, hands-on activities that encourage creativity, sensory exploration, and fine motor skill development.

What kind of activities do you offer?

We focus on process-based activities, which means children explore different materials and techniques rather than focusing on a finished product. Activities include painting, collage, clay modeling, stamping, and other sensory-rich experiences. Currently we offer Art classes for ages 18 months – 4 years old. Check back in soon for future sessions for more classes like Build It / Make It, Science, and Cooking.

Do parents/caregivers need to stay during class?

Yes! Our classes are designed for little ones and their loved ones to participate together. This not only ensures safety but also allows for shared creative moments and bonding. We do ask that only one parent/caregiver attend per child so our classes do not become too crowded.

Registration

How do I create an account?

You can create an account through our website here. Click log in or register in the top right corner to create or log into your account. When creating your account, please provide parent/guardian/caregiver information for the account holder. Once you’ve created your account you will provide your child(ren)’s information under the “Attendees” tab in your account. You’re all set and ready to register for classes!

How do I register for a class?

You can register online through our website here. Log into your account then visit the class schedule page to select your class(es). You can choose to register for the entire session or for Drop-Ins. Once added to the cart, continue to check out. Select the attendee or add a new attendee, then choose your payment method and complete your purchase. Classes that have been booked will appear in your account under bookings.

Do you offer Drop-In classes?

Yes, we do offer Drop-In classes depending on availability. Drop-In classes are $30 each. They are available 24 hours before the start of each session for classes that have space remaining.

Can we try a class before committing to a full session?

While we do not offer trial classes, you are welcome to purchase a single Drop-In class to try out the class before committing to an entire session.

Fees & Policies

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes! We offer a discount for siblings enrolled in the same class. Only one adult is required to attend for the two siblings enrolled in the class. Please inquire for details via email: [email protected].

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! If you need to miss a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a class credit. You will only receive class credit for 1 missed class per session. Class credits will expire 90 days after being applied to your account. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed classes or if you notify us less than 24 hours before the start of the class.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are provided if BUSY BUDS cancels your class or session either due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. BUSY BUDS will do our best to provide families with adequate notice of any class cancellations, and refunds will be processed promptly. If you would like to receive a class credit rather than a refund for cancelled classes you can let us know via email: [email protected].
